I really miss my grandparents.

They were such an important part of my life.

Among my earliest memories of my Grandfather was his willingness to play catch with me, I especially remember him tossing a whiffle ball in my direction.

One of the last memories I have of my Grandfather was playing a game of passing a ball back and forth with him.

Even with the Alzheimer's he could remember that I was one of his grandchildren. God bless him.

Read what my father had to say about him.

Okay, this is my youngest son. How can I not be proud of him?

Paul is currently enrolled in the culinary arts school at Wake Tech. We are so proud of what he is doing and we so enjoy what he is learning - LOL - what a wonderful gift, to be able to share your talents in the kitchen with those you love,

May your abilities expand to bless many with hospitality and generosity as it has been shown to you my your Lord.

This is the woman I married!

This is the woman I love.

This is the woman I see whenever I look into the eyes of my beloved.

This IS the woman I love.

This is my Great-Grandfather, Robert Swartz. I love the tie. I have been trying to find ties like it without much luck.

There is a show called Bones with an FBI agent named Seely Booth who wears ties like this. I wish I knew where he finds those ties. The ones I find on the Internet that are similar are outrageously priced.

Oh well, what are you going to do?

This is a picture of the home of my Uncle Gary and Aunt Patsy. They live in Ferguson Valley between McVeytown and Lewistown, Pennsylvania. I want to post this picture today because it is hot, no, HOT here is North Carolina today.

Now I admit that I hate shoveling snow. But on a hot day like today it is nice to look at a picture of snow. Yes, it actually does help.

Woo!
